Returns + Exchanges
Orders may be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact me, include your order number in the subject line and information about cancellation or change in the message field. Custom orders are final and may not be cancelled.
If for any reason you are satisfied with your purchase, please contact me. I am happy to provide a full refund for your new and unused item in its original condition within 10 days of delivery.
Please note, shipping costs will be deducted from your original payment. All return shipping costs are your responsibility. I am not responsible for return packages that are damaged or lost by shipper. Refunds will be issued when I have received the item back in good condition.
Custom orders are not available for refund or exchange.
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our items exchanges are not accepted.
